Originally from San Diego, California Brittany first discovered a passion for fitness when she started playing water polo in high school. That passion opened the door to a collegiate scholarship to Indiana University where she went on to study nursing. From there Brittany moved to Nashville to work at Vanderbilt University Medical Center while earning her Master’s in Nursing.
As a women’s health nurse practitioner, Brittany understands the key roles fitness and nutrition play in one’s health which is what led her to become a coach. She is particularly passionate about supporting women as they prepare for, and navigate motherhood. Brittany specializes in pre and postnatal fitness and brings experience as both a coach and mother of three. She hopes to support our members in having empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences.
